The DL30 pump dispenser is designed to dispense both mobile and viscous products. It can be used to pump a wide variety of cleaning chemicals, shampoos and conditioners, body lotions, liquid soaps and hand cleaners, including bead filled types.
The DL30 has a wide flat top actuator, which is supplied in the locked down state. The nominal dose is 3.5cc per stroke, depending on viscosity.

No closure, simple screw-together assembly through a
Ø 20mm hole in cap or lid.
The DL30 pumps are not guaranteed as shipping closures. Tests should be undertaken to ensure their suitability with your product.
The product should not be filled above the level of the vent hole in the pump body.
The complete package should also be checked to ensure suitability for use after the pump is unlocked and primed.

The DL30 pump can be customised to suit difficult products, using either ABS plastic or optional stainless steel balls in the valve.
Usually the standard version is suitable for light to medium viscosity products without granules, while the heavier steel ball may be needed for high viscosity bead filled hand cleaners. We will be happy to recommend a version of the pump after testing with your products.
We can assemble the screw-together version into special closures and packages, or just supply kits of parts. Please call to discuss your requirements.
The standard colour is white, while other colours can be matched for a minimum order of 30,000 pieces.
