SPS15-TWS is a two-way fine mist atomiser spray; it works both upright and inverted, and sideways so long as the pump body is submerged.
This allows spraying into difficult locations. The pump has a precompression action which avoids spluttering when compressed slowly.
It is designed for low viscosity liquids, including hairsprays and gels, air freshener, foot sprays,
and pet care products. This pump will work with some alcohol gel products for hand disinfection. It has a general purpose spray insert,
having a medium spray angle, and a PE gasket.
SPS15-TWS atomisers have an nominal output of 0.1cc (100 mcl) per stroke.
The self-sealing action of the pumps makes them
resistant to leakage, even when primed and when inverted or on the side. Even if the bottle
is compressed, the pump still resists leakage. The dustcap prevents accidental
depression of the actuator. |
The standard colour is all white, with a clear polypropylene dustcap.
The minimum order quantity for white pumps is 10,000 pieces, and for black pumps is 30,000 pieces.
Other colours can be supplied with a minimum order quantity
of 50,000 pieces. These orders can have a mixture of diptube lengths.
The closure sizes available at present are
20/410, 22/410, 22/415 and 24/410.
